Atomm moves toward physical projects
xTool says its Atomm 4.0 upgrade lets makers describe a project, revise the design through natural language, and prepare files for production in one workspace.
Its 3Dmake feature is aimed at structural projects such as drawers, storage boxes, and holiday houses. The company says it generates builds with joints and slots, putting structural drafting inside the same conversational workflow.
One possible use is to start with the object you want to make, then refine its structure through conversation before preparing the project for production.
